It was very quite, with the exemption of a guest's dog barking a night. The staff was vey accommodating friendly, especially the general manager, who was also the cook. Food was delicious.

everything, it is centrally located, amazing owner and staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable, and words cannot express how much I enjoyed staying there. I had a silly accident, I missed a step and fell and sprained my ankle. Emma the helper immediately called Maria, the owner, who arranged for an immediate visit to a doctor in a hospital.i so much appreciate the help, thr attention and the care I received from,all the staff. Not to forget Freddy and Paola. in fact my foot was broken which I discoveredn when I returned home. the fall was one day before returning home.thank you Maria and your team.

AC not working. Multiple moskitos in the room. Very loud music until 3am. Incompetent and unfriendly personal. 30 minutes for check-in. Asked if I can cancel my second night. This was refused despite the above mentioned points. I booked another hotel anyway and paid twice just to avoid to stay another night in this hotel.

Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. The lady (Emma) very kind and helpful. Super comfortable queen bed in a room. The other bed was in a separate area. Shower space was very large and super efficient. The patio and the terrace were full of plants and flowers. Very serene atmosphere.

The breakfast is excellent. For us it includes coffee, orange juice, panque (coffee cake/loaf), a fruit plate with yogurt, and your choice of 4 main courses (we had eggs with chorizo). I'd stay again for the breakfast and location alone. We asked for a softer bed prior to arrival and the bed was quite comfortable. There were lots of different pillows on the bed, so it was easy to find one that was best-suited for yourself. The soaps in the bathroom were lovely.

The size of the room was perfect for one person, the staff was very friendly. The location was great, close to everything.

The location was excellent -- a short walk to the Plaza de Armas and most other main attractions. The breakfast was also excellent -- delicious and beautifully presented!

- Big room, big comfortable bed, nice atmosphere. Nice concept of the whole place -Bathroom has very nice design with charming rock wall and I just didn’t want to leave the place. Robes were part of toiletries - Breakfast was very tasty on the top terrace roof, I enjoyed the experience - Staff was nice and helpful
