“A great place to stay in Queretaro”

A really good place to stay. It is a small cosy hotel with clean comfortable rooms and a good breakfast served.

It is a small family run operation. That means it is very personal and almost cozy! Staff and owners go above and beyond to help and fulfill needs. The location is super centrally located, minutes walk away from all the sights, restaurants, cafes and shops. It is located in a side road which makes it very quiet. The rooms are fairly modern, nice bathrooms, good showers. They provide drinking water in the rooms! Internet works great! They offer a continental breakfast, with toast, fruit, cereal, juice and coffee. If need you can use the kitchen to prepare small meals or bring lunch or dinner to the hotel. And it is affordable! For me this was the perfect fit!

Extremely hard to find as there is no sign. You have to ring to get in anytime you go out. Breakfast was very mediocre.

The staff were all lovely (and very helpful), also everything in the room worked. The continental breakfast was very good.

The staff at Tres Sofias really go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. They are friendly, informative and really give a "homely" feel while respecting privacy and being professional. The location is fabulous, a quiet neighbourhood just a few minutes walk from Plaza de Armes. There is a lovely continental breakfast included with hot options available at reasonable prices. It is also nice that you can use their clean kitchen to self cater. We booked a 2am drive to the airport with this hotel and were so very glad we did. Roger was a great driver who went out of his way to get us to our flight on time when a traffic delay caused the main road to be blocked. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Queretaro!

“A home away from home”

It was a place like home, cute room, quiet, safe, very clean and comfy. Good breakfast and really, really nice staff. Conveniently situated, with an excellent French bakery next door as well as a lavandería. Some 200m uphill there was a lovely plaza with an excellent café/restaurant, which belonged to the bakery. Highly recommended - El mercado de la Cruz, where they sell local produce, above all, excellent cheese. It's 15 minutes' walk.

Simple but adequate

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff are very friendly, responsive and helpful. They offer a nice continental breakfast. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Great value for money!

It was a wonderful little spot that met the basic needs and staff were friendly, the place was clean and the location is fantastic! Nothing fancy, but safe and clean and a good continetal breakfast 😊. We would go back.

The room had everything I needed for one night. Comfortable bed, shower, fan, simple breakfast... Staff were exceptional. Location is a bit away from the centre but not too far to walk. There isn't an elevator but the staff helped me carry my luggage up the stairs. They also called a taxi for me to the bus station so I didn't have to guess the price.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Tres Sofia, Its a family run place. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Some rooms are not so big but it was fine for me. No airco but the fan was enough for me. The location is great, walking distance to the centre and main attractions and many nice places / cafes in the area. Staff are very friendly. Small breakfast with fruit and juice and other things can be ordered and there is a kitchen. Staff are very helpful with any questions. Someone is at reception 24/7. Thanks again Pepe and team!
