Service was sometimes very slow and we had some help from a maintenance guy with the AC who was quite rude to us. They played live saxophone during breakfast, very loud. The pool area was great.

“We came, we saw, and we left - instantly.”
I checked in saw the state of the room with its terrible furnishings then proceeded to check out within 40 minutes of arrival. The hotel staff listened to my concerns and then promptly refunded me for the booking when I showed them the photographs of what I found unacceptable, and unliveable for the 5 nights we initially planned to stay. I thank the front desk staff for that courtesy and wish them well.
