“Would not go back”
There was a plumbing problem in both rooms. Had to change rooms. Noisy. The were workers outside room at 330 am doing some kind of work. Noisy. Lighting outside room was very dark.

“Great hotel, use Queretaro airport with caution.”
We comprised a large 3 generation UK family group coming to Querétaro for the first time for a family wedding. Our stays varied between 3 and 7 nights. Our rooms were all located near to each other, they were at all times clean and well maintained. None of us speak fluent Spanish, however the staff at all times were able to be professional, helpful and informative regarding our specific needs. The weather was hot, and the six children in our group and some of the adults, enjoyed the use of the pool and its facilities. We used the hotel restaurant on a number of occasions, it served a wide menu of good quality food, the staff here too were helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend Hotel Flamingo.

“Perfect location for business trip, several restaurants close by and resort type installation”
The installations are very well maintained and the staff went out of their way to help us out when we need it. I will go back there for all me next business trip as it is really a home away from homw.
