The place is super clean. The host is very nice and helpful. The place is as on the photos with the big kitchen. Only the parking is a bit difficult as it's from main road down hill. Some sigh from the main road would be nice as maps sent us first to the school next door but actually u have to go behind.

“Spotless and comfortable”

Sadly we cannot recommend this place. The rooms and bath were ok, although it was very hot at night without an AC. The behaviour of the host ruined the whole stay, taking advantage of her guests. We had to pay directly at checkin, the price was 18,000 colones. We gave her a 20,000 bill. She said she didn't have change right now, but will bring it later. This happened often during our travels, and usually you could trust every host with that. So we accepted. Later that evening I asked her about the change. At first she played dumb and asked what we wanted. Then she insisted that she had already given us the change. In reality, there was no possible moment, in which she could have given us the money. We both had been together the whole time and went to a restaurant nearby directly after checkin. What's most alarming is that she didn't even seem to consider that she could be wrong. I am afraight that she does this more often, so if you still want to book a room here, bring the exact amount of money! After our disagreement she didn't talk to us anymore, not even when we said good night.
