Second visit to this place, and the location is good for a trip down the coast to Osa. However, it is very far from the main road and no food service unless prearranged.

We only stayed one night but was perfect. Great room for a family for 4, large bathroom and balcony. It was outside the main area so was secluded and quite which worked well for us. Lovely and friendly staff.

The hotel area is very beautiful and also around the hotel there is a lot to see. Our stay was very uncomplicated. Great banana pancakes for breakfast and for dinner we could use the kitchen the way we needed.

“Easy going and friendly”

Very nice US host&owner who lives at the property and creates relaxing setting and friendly atmosphere. Spacious, nicely decorated bungalows, clean, large swimming pool. Very good breakfast. Car highly recommended as the property is out in the rainforest. We went out for dinner to Quepos which is about 10min drive.

The breakfast was lovely. It was a bit off the beaten path but this was good for a quiet stay. Chip, the owner was amazing and so personable. We only stayed one night and weren’t able to see the animal sanctuary

“Great peace of paradise”

Owner is great and friendly, made us feel at home. Location is lovely and peaceful, long drive away from the main road on a bad road however a 4x4 is not required we had a very small car and it managed absolutely fine. Lodge was spacious and beautiful. Breakfast by Kendra is delicious especially the banana pancakes!

“Not far from Quepos”

The owner is intense, likes to speak a lot with customers, sits down with clients at breakfast. But without wearing a mask. No employee was wearing a mask against COVID. The location is great if you want to go for activities in the Harbour (fishing boat, jet ski, good restaurants).
