“We felt lucky that this cottage was available for the dates of our stay.”
We really enjoyed staying in this lovely cottage with a beautiful view of the lake, the outdoor hot tub was an added bonus. It was close enough to the Central Shopping Centre and Queenstown to just call an Uber when needed. It was also very close to Arrowtown, and there was an interesting walk through the Wetlands Park nearby.

“My daughter and I stayed in stayed in Alta cottage and enjoyed every minute!”
The property was modern and charming. It has every luxury you want from heated towels to beautiful bathrooms and induction cooking. The view of Lake Hayes and the mountains from every room was stunning. This accommodation was luxurious but yet well equipped to be self contained.

“Fantastic Lake Hayes Stay”
Bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival was amazing. Also appreciated the high quality Real World Shampoo, conditioner, body and handwash. Such lovely products. Did not go unnoticed. These hosts know exactly what a high quality stay shoukd deliver. Spa was amazing.

The lakeside location is wonderful - would definitely recommend being outside of Queenstown if you have a car. The cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with everything you could need. We spent our days out and about and then just came back to cook, chill and enjoy the lovely cottage and it's views,

An amazing space in a beautiful location. Nice and quiet. Great spot to see the stars as there is very little light pollution. Close to shops. Everything you could need. The window/glass wall opening up is a fantastic feature. Comfortable, warm, welcoming. Couldn't have asked for more.

WOW. The cottages at Lake Hayes are fantastic! We absolutely loved our three night stay. The location overlooking Lake Hayes is amazing and the views from the lounge and hot tub are breathtaking. The cottage interior is very comfortable and warm. We couldn't imagine a better place to stay near Queenstown. We look forward to staying here again! Highly recommended.
