Lovely apartment with a great view! Heated floors in bathroom and seperate toilet were an unexpected bonus. Also appreciated the Nescafé machine AND a plunger AND a Nescafé milk frother instead of the usual instant coffee. It‘s not ideal for light sleepers though - the great location right next to the lake and in easy walking distance to the center of Queenstown comes with a busy road right in front of the house. Fortunately that doesn’t bother me :-)

Location was amazing, such an easy walkable distance into town. That said the traffic / street to get there was always hectic, like a good 10 mins to drive 800m. Apartment was lovely, well equipped.

Queenstown House Lakeside is beautiful. It is well appointed with everything you need for a short or long stay. It is located right across the road from the Lake and a very short stroll to the town centre. The rooms have fabulous views. The owners and staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

“Picture Perfect home away from home.”

The apartment and the location was fantastic. I wanted a place in QT where I could wake up to the lake, the mountains and nature, this apartment made my dream come true. We had the studio apartment #5, small but good enough room, 3 of us in the family so a roll-on bed was made available. On hindsight, if the sofa could become a sofa-cum-bed, it would have given more space in the room. The room & the build felt new, bathroom with heated floors, the fully equipped kitchen area with dishwasher and fridge, the common laundry facilities on the ground floor, the promptness of the support staff, the detailed information on how to fetch the keys till where to park the car were just perfect, well-coordinated and sufficient not to have any problems for the guests. Under 10 mins walking to the main center where all the resturants, shops and pubs were, everything was just perfect. Loved it and definitely recommend this place highly. Too bas they have just 5 apartment units, that's why they tend to get booked out so often!

Allowed us to drop off bags beforehand, great immediate communication, lock box in convenient place - message sent via booking.com, email and whatsapp with code and location, manager met us when we dropped off bags and showed us the physical location, allowed us a late check out and to leave bags at the end of the our stay. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, fantastic location and view (particularly the aurora helpfully laid-on!), well equipped kitchen, lovely fluffy robes, cosy cushions and throws ... just amazing!

The location is close to town and all the amenities and attractions. The view down on the foreshore is beautiful. The apartment is well appointed with high end furniture an fixtures. We are looking forward to our stay here again in March.

“Perfect”

The fantastic views with no obstructions! It takes around 3-5 mins walking to the center of the town, which is very convenient. We feel chill just seating on the balcony and do nothing. The apartment is so cozy that making us feel like staying at home. The great heater, all the facilities, nice landlord team, thoughtful guidance, everything's perfect!
