Overview
Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard credit card or American Express credit card. All villas are fully self-contained and self-catering and rates do not include daily housekeeping service. This service is available for an additional charge of $35 per service and can be arranged at the time of arrival. Any stays of 5 nights or more will receive a complimentary mid-stay housekeeping service included within the nightly rate. BBQs are available for hire at the rate of $20 per night and available for a maximum of 3 nights per stay. Subject to availability. This is a premium property. I often travel to NZ and this place is exceptional. Everything is ergonomically arranged and the place has a luxurious feel to it. The views were exceptional and it was very close to town.

“Beautiful View and a Cosy Villa in Queenstown!”
The villa is super clean and has a beautiful view. It is very close to the city and the staff are friendly and welcoming. This villa was a perfect choice for our family of 5. We had a great stay here. Highly recommend this place.

“Stunning location, beautiful peaceful retreat”
The view was out of this world. So peaceful. The place was really well stocked including an array of beautiful wine glasses. Very comfy beds and amenities. Was nice to be a little out of town but still a nice stroll in or an easy bus ride (or $10 uber)

Excellent view of the Remarkables and the lake, Very clean and quite, just outside of the main area of Queenstown, it took five minutes to get into the main area. From the location was easy to access all activities.
