Overview

“Be sure to go there, it's a hidden gem!”
Many thanks to Jean-Pierre for a fantastic stay. This is probably the best place to stay when you're in Queenstown: The breakfast is outstanding, the apartment is huge, ultra clean and has a great view. On top of that, Jean-Pierre is a very friendly and attentive host. He pays attention to every detail and takes great care of his guests. He is a passionate host. You would be making a big mistake if you didn't stay here in Queenstown; it's a hidden gem (!) – don't miss this opportunity. It was one of the best stays I've had in New Zealand (and I just stayed in very nice places). Keep up the good work, dear Jean-Pierre, and best regards to you.

Perfect location, amazing breakfast, most caring & attentive service and hospitality. E-bikes were amazing, superb jogging and activity spots nearby. Jacuzzi perfect as well.

“Truly amazing. Loved every minute and will try to book there again next time we visit Queenstown.”
The experience was perfect from the beginning. Jean-Pierre the owner was there to meet us and took our apartment, explaining everything. Also gave us lots of great information on Queenstown. The apartment was amazing with beautiful furniture, figurines, pictures and lovely touches everywhere. We also had a large heated outdoor Jacuzzi to use which we did multiple times. A wonderful breakfast was prepared each morning by a chef Toni Clarke. Also loved the location - water taxi nearby, easy to get an Uber when we didn't want to drive and glorious views.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at The Lanah Residence and it was nothing short of perfection. From the moment I arrived, Jean Pierre and Elaine went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with a French an Asian inspiration. The stunning view from my window was an added bonus – it really made the mornings magical. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast – the variety and quality were outstanding! Fresh fruits, pastries, hot options is also catered if needed. The location couldn’t have been better – close to major attractions yet in a peaceful area that allowed for relaxation after a day of exploring. Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, this place truly has everything you need. Thanks JP, Elaine and Toni, we will definitely be back.

The most gracious of hosts who have hospitality down to an art. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. The location is fantastic and the views from our room were breath taking. The attention to every detail from the quality of the fixtures and fittings to the standard of breakfast are exceptional.
