Hulbert House Luxury Boutique Lodge Queenstown is a beautifully restored Victorian villa situated just 500 metres from the centre of Queenstown. Guests receive free WiFi and secure on-site car parking. Hulbert House Luxury Boutique Lodge Queenstown has 6 luxury rooms all individually decorated and furnished, with views over Lake Wakatipu, Skyline Hill or the beautiful garden. Each suite features quality Hungarian goose down bedding, Egyptian cotton towelling and bathrobes. Each suite also has a commercial grade coffee grinder to go with freshly roasted coffee beans. Guests can enjoy a full breakfast each morning, including homemade sourdough bread, raspberry and chia seed pots and free range bacon, eggs and a variety of other items. Homemade specialities can be enjoyed during the day and a selection of drinks and canapés are available before dinner. Hulbert House Luxury Boutique Lodge Queenstown is within walking distances of Queenstown’s vibrant cafes, shops, and restaurants. It is 500 metres from the shores of Lake Wakatipu and an equal distance from the Skyline Gondola and Luge base. Queenstown Airport is 12 minutes drive away.

Wonderful staff and breakfast excellent. Tasty canapés as well. Easy walk to town centre (if you are fit) Marie recommended a perfect massage for me as well. I was given an upgrade which was really lovely.

It was a wonderful stay from the moment you arrive and Jay gives you a big New Zealand welcome. It does not feel like a Hotel stay it feels more personal than that. The house is immaculate and totally unique in its decor. If your staying in Queenstown this is the place to stay.

My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here and it was absolutely perfect. They have thought of absolutely everything. Loved the afternoon canapes and wine, 10 out of 10. Exceptional! The house itself has been restored to perfection down to the minute details. The staff go above and beyond and you can chat as much as you like with them or enjoy the quiet time too. Breakfast was also a standout.

The staff were amazing and super lovely. They went out of their way to make my stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The building itself and the rooms are just superb and so comfortable. I basically didn't want to leave but sadly had to go back to work. It's a great place to just unwind with easy access to Queenstown when you want to venture out and all adventure activities. I'll definitely be back soon!!

My partner and I recently spent five nights at Hulbert House, and we cannot praise it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality were outstanding. The attention to detail was impeccable, with every aspect of our stay thoughtfully curated. The staff were super friendly and made us feel truly welcome. The rooms are stunning, beautiful finishings, we had a tour of the other rooms and every single room was gorgeous! Breakfast each morning was perfect, with a variety of delicious options, and the personal touch of offering to drive us into town whenever we needed, was much appreciated. You can tell the staff here love their jobs, they were genuinely amazing with every single attention to detail. Hulbert House didn’t just feel like a hotel; it felt like home. This was honestly the best hotel experience we've ever had, and we can’t wait to return.
