Warren was an amazing host. He helped us with an early check in. The location and facilities were fantastic. This place is very cosy and has everything to make the stay memorable and comfortable.Queenstown is beautiful. 7 days didn't feel enough.

Everything! We enjoyed our stay of 5 nights in this cozy wonderful place with the garden and views. The place has all you need, especially a very comfy bed. Warren welcomed us warmly and gave many useful advices. We loved queenstown and surroundings too.

Warren made us feel very welcome. The room is large and offers lovely views to the garden. The neighbourhood is quiet but you need a car to access the many wonderful spots around Queenstown.

Both my wife and I are both tall and the king bed was super comfortable. The area is very quiet and we had the best sleep after two weeks of travelling around NZ. We also have friends who live close by, which made the location very convenient for us.

Clean, tidy, heaps of amenities

Warren is such an incredible host. Very kind and friendly. He got extra blankets and wraps for our baby to ensure the baby was well cared for. He gave us good directions into Queenstown and good locations and food places to visit. The room was clean and spacious, very relaxing and we were visited by friendly cats. The garden view is gorgeous. The whole place is well cared for and we will definitely stay here again..

Warren is a great host, supportive, and responsive. We had excellent communication throughout, both before and during our stay, as well as at our departure time. The house is equipped with nice and well-decorated amenities and offers beautiful views.

Would give an even higher score if possible, Warren went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Comfortable beds with even more comfortable pillows, everything was super clean and tidy. We loved the little library and the view from the balcony! In a great location, a short drive to the city centre and a range of different restaurants.

“Homestay on the Frankton side of town”

If your focus isn’t on Queenstown itself, you’ll be close to the newer area around Frankton and the Five Mile precinct near the airport, with convenient access to onward travel. There are some pleasant morning walks around the historic Shotover Bridge a few minutes from this accommodation. Warren, the proprietor, is attentive and enjoys a good chat.

Pretty much everything. Warren is a great host and the suite is in top shape. The deck at the back is amazing for some stargazing if you are into it. The property has easily become our dream holiday home.

Excellent facilities and very clean. Warren met us on arrival and was very helpful with advice about parking in the area, places to eat and some information about the whole area. It was out of Queenstown but a very quiet area and was easy to drive and park at Frankston bus station and get a bus into town as traffic was quite manic and little parking in town. Easy drive to Arrowtown and the shot over river and the Onsen that we were booked into. Actually much better than being in town if you want to do things out and around Queenstown.

The Haven suite is truly a fine place to stay near Queenstown. The owner has paid attention to every detail to ensure the comfort of his guests. Large comfortable bed. Super clean. Onsite parking which is rare in town.
