“Comfortable, warm room with everything you need”

Warren and Sue were so welcoming! They went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The room was spacious, had every amenity I needed (and more), and I felt very at home there. It was an added bonus their ragdoll Branson was so cuddly and cute, I could have put him in my suitcase 😍

The accommodation had everything we needed. The room was well equipped. Warren was very welcoming and we had interesting conversations. While located slightly outside Queenstown we also enjoyed visiting nearby (by car) Arrowtown which was delightfully quaint with a great pub with food and beer garden.

Haven Sanctuary was a comfortable, peaceful, and restful place to land after a day's exploring. Warren and Sue were excellent hosts, super friendly, and tended to every little detail to ensure a happy stay.

The rooms were delightful - very fresh, clean and comfortable with every conceivable comfort provided. We also had a beautiful little courtyard in a pretty garden where we sat and had drinks. Warren and Sue were wonderful hosts, spending time chatting and giving advice on places to visit. They even took us out for dinner and arranged a meal at a wonderful pub at Bannockburn. Warren a Sue were delightful, we came as guests left as friends. They were so welcoming and obliging. We give them 12/10!! Wonderful friendly people - cannot recommend highly enough!

There was nothing to dislike! The premises was extremely well presented. Spotlessly clean, tidy, with really good quality bedding with a choice of pillows on a comfortable bed. The location, a very quiet area a short drive from Queenstown, was perfect for us. Thanks too to Warren for being friendly and attentive, an excellent host.
