We loved our stay here, it was a great base to explore Queenstown and the surrounding area; A short drive into Queenstown or 10-15 min bus ride from the end of the road. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. One of the best places we stayed during our month in New Zealand. Would absolutely recommend.

This apartment, its terrace and garden are a little corner of paradise . The flat is nicely decorated and very confortable with all necessary equipments. The view over the hills is stunning and we were able to enjoy a terrace and garden . Ous hosts were very frienly . A real must stay in Queenstown, close to the center but in a peaceful environment .

Everything about this apartment was perfect. Spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The space was comfortable, quiet, and very well equipped — it had everything we needed and more. Communication was smooth and easy from start to finish, and Roy was incredibly helpful. The location is ideal: less than 10 minutes from Queenstown, yet much more beautiful and peaceful. The pets are so lovely, but if you’re not an animal lover, they won’t bother you at all. We felt at home immediately and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

Loved everything about the Garden of Eden! The apartment was so comfortable, and the views were amazing! Perfect location, only a 15 minute max drive to town. This was the last location my partner and I stayed at before heading back to Australia, and it really made it hard to leave NZ! Thanks for the great stay Roy & Kristy!

Amazing cozy little place with great view, owner of the property was super friendly and helpful , everything was spotless. Has 2 cute dogs but sadly didn't get to play with them. Very quite and peaceful neighbourhood

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this cozy unit in Arthur’s Point! The place was warm, very clean, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful mountain views made it the perfect spot to relax after busy days exploring Queenstown. The location was ideal—just a short drive into town but tucked away enough to feel quiet and private. We especially loved the nearby walks and how close it was to the Shotover River. The host was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience easy and stress-free. Would definitely recommend this little gem to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay near Queenstown!

I had a perfect stay! Such a beautiful place with an incredible view. The apartment was spotless, warm, and very cozy. The heated bathroom floor was definitely a great bonus. I totally recommend it and would love to stay again!

Super clean and well-appointed accommodation with quality linens and a lovely bathroom fit out. Very quiet & warm. Stunning gorge views - we were fortunate to experience the autumn colours.

“Couldn't have asked for a better stay at Roy and Kristy's lovely place”

My wife and I had one of the best stays. Roy and Kristy are the most genuine and kind hearted people and we never regretted booking. Their response was speedy and information provided was detailed, it made everything seamless. We arrived on a rainy day and they prepared umbrellas for us, and then we were greeted by their dogs and cats every morning :D Excellent location - near centre of Queenstown, 5mins away from an onsen place, 40mins away from Gibbston and even a nearby short hike to Morningstar beach. The place was cozy and clean, and have one of the best morning views. bed was comfortable and it was nice having a good book to read at night. Totally recommend this place!
