What an awesome little BNB. The little extras you get with Gerry are totally unexpected, but very welcome. It's like a full service hotel for a fraction of the price. We were particularly grateful for the ability to have our wee dog there. It's like a little home away from home, and your Mum (The BlueSkies Fairy) drops in, cleans your dishes, makes your bed and leaves you treats 😃. Highly recommended.

If I could rate this the property, and my overall experience, well, it would be a 20-out-of 10!!! All the little added touches by host Gerry, made my stay so comforting. I felt so at home, I honestly did not want to leave.The coffee, the breakfast choices, the turn-down Chocolates at night were so nice!Blue SKies will be my place of choice from now on when visiting QT.

​If I could give this stay 150 points, I would! From the moment we arrived, Gerry welcomed us with a huge, warm hug that made us feel right at home. The house is incredibly clean, and the bed and bathroom were both perfect. Gerry is a total 'fairy'—she even helped us with our laundry and dishes! We were so spoiled with chocolate cookies, yogurt, bread, and jam, plus a sweet chocolate surprise the next day. It truly felt better than being at home. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to everyone!

Out of main town but close to bus route. Perfect host, appreciated the extra little touches like breakfast, laundry on request and bowl of sweets. Would highly recommend to anybody wanting to visit Queenstown.

Perfect host! Dishes are cleaned by the fairy :-) Milk, Toast and Cereals are provided. Very much attention to details, handwritten recommendations.

During our stay we loved the views, the hospitality of the host and the quiet neighbourhood. The distance from Queenstown was exactly what we were looking for with accommodation.

The property was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The location is a little bit away from Queenstown which provides a nice quiet space to reset after a busy day! Gerry is a wonderful host who is very accommodating and kind. We loved our stay at Blue Skies and were very grateful for the breakfast items provided and having our laundry done after a busy 2 weeks around the South Island. We hope to return in the future!!

She went above and beyond every single day, making sure we had everything we needed. She even stocked the place with essentials like bread, milk, coffee pods, and left little chocolate surprises that made our stay feel extra special. She is truly the best host I’ve ever had.
