“Disappointing”
The pictures and description are not accurate, pictures need to be updated to show how the property is now not from a few years ago. There was 1 sofa for 4 of us to sit on so not comfortable, pictures show 2 sofas. The pool was not heated and description should advise this, it was freezing plus it was tatty and in need of repair. The hot tub was not full of water (below jets) and there was an odour so did not use. An engineer came out on our 3rd day and confirmed there was an issue and we were advised to not use the jets. No refund given for these issues and was advised by Relaxway (agents looking after the property) that the owners would not give any refund! This was a 5 day break over Christmas and it was not enjoyable.

Lots of parking out the front of the house, right outside a bus stop too. We hired a car so unsure what route it takes - but the bus does have a holder at the front for snowboards & ski's. 5 min drive from queenstown. beds are super comfy. spa is lovely. view is lovely. has good wifi too & a decent sized dining table if you're needing to work remotely. the home has great temp control, with heaters in all rooms including the bathroom. The management (relaxing holidays) are outstanding, responsive & attentive.

Loved everything about this property. The couple of queries we had with the agent (after arrival) were dealt with quickly and efficiently and replacement items were provided (frypans didn’t work on induction stovetop). Easy living for 4 adults; appreciated having a great kitchen to cook in and a decent sized fridge.

The cottage was beautiful, clean and had amazing views. Good distance out of queenstown, quick drive and nice walk.
