Getting served even though I got to the property late. Secure parking for my vehicle, warm showers in the morning and the provision of an iron in case we needed to use it.

Please educate your receptionist about booking.com. She knew nothing about online booking as a result I insisted that I booked online at a particular price and she had to call the manager. The manager approved my online price. Otherwise everything was good.
