“Poor communication between man”
On arrival there was no one at reception. . Had to look around. Our rooms were not ready very dirty and there was a wedding. Couldn't even leave clothes in our room rooms were open coz they must still be cleaned. Maintenance of property is poor

“Our our stay was horrible.on the first day we were placed to room 4.We couldn’t sleep at night and the stuff were bang”
Nothing was alright ,the plugs were not working,the air conditioner was not working,the toilet brush was broken,wardrobe doors were falling off,the door was not locking properly on the second room that we were changed to ,WiFi was not working to the second room that we were moved to.
