“Lacking the small touches that make you feel welcome.”
Nice modern property but was lacking the little touches that you find in most other properties I have stayed in. No shampoo,conditioner or body wash provided. Small amount of soap in dispenser which soon ran out. Only 3 coffee pods provided for the coffee machine even though 4 people staying and no milk provided. Cost quoted for linen hire was quite expensive, especially as it was also an extra charge if you required the beds to be made and having to drive at least 6 minutes to pick up and drop off the keys.

Good to have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lounge area was very spacious and there were helpful instructions on where to eat etc. Kitchen was well equiped, lounges very comfortable - not saggy. The estate agent who manages the keys was very friendly, but is in another town from the property. Good sound system but didn't use it much.

Location was fantastic. The house was perfect. Neat, clean and a very well stocked kitchen. Bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms were a great size. Bonus having a washing machine. Would definitely give the place a 5 star.
