“A perfect place to stay while exploring Queenscliff and the Bellarine Peninsula”

We had an amazing cooked breakfast. They offered us many choices. I had avocado on toast with delicious toppings and an herbed yogurt. All the meals were beautifully presented. Fresh orange juice and great coffee topped off our meal. In the late afternoon the guests were offered a lovey charcuterie board. We were able to relax in the lovely sitting room and enjoy the food. This surprising treat just added to the feel of warm hospitality and comfort.

The host welcomed us by name. We were offered special parking within the grounds as we had an oversized vehicle. Complimentary cheese and crackers were offered on arrival. A delicious breakfast was included. The lounge room was warm and comfortable. The hotel is walking distance from shops and restaurants

The location could not be any better - close to all the restaurants and sites. Our hosts Chris and Brendan were very welcoming, the breakfasts cooked my Chris were amazing and we also loved the complimentary cheese platter in the afternoon for guests - we would definitely stay again

Chris and Brendan are the consumate hosts and nothing is too much trouble. The cheese platter in the late afternoon was a treat. We enjoyed a drink and snacks sitting on the balcony in the late Autumn afternoon.. The breakfast is to die for, very generous and no need for lunch. 2nd time staying here and we will return.

Lovely period accomodation that represents the heritage feel of this long standing holiday destination. Wonderful staff and very comfortable rooms. The breakfast is spectacular and really provides great value for money. We will definitely come again!

The accommodation was perfectly located in town and the host was highly attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt really looked after with the attention to detail. The breakfast was wonderful.

“We had the best stay”

Everything during our stay was perfect. The place was really comfortable and Chris was the best host. They have thought of everything, between a cheese tasting on arrival and chocolates on the pillow with water beside the bed. All these little touches just made the stay so great. Added bonus of a cute dog topped it all off.
