“We found a special Gem!”
This unit is truly a gem. Quiet, clean, well equipped, comfy, roomy and excellent location. Easy to access both the lock up garage and unit. Always felt safe. Great location to visit the old town, the many places of interest, restaurants etc., either by foot or car. We have never experienced a host like David. From the time we booked he communicated with us with helpful tips and explanations on how the access codes would work and when we would receive them all. He didn't miss a thing. When we experienced a couple of minor problems he responded promptly to our messages and didn't give up until all were resolved. He dealt with everything in a kind, friendly and respectful manner. We would recommend David and this little gem to anyone.

Nice clean modern apartment. Has a heat pump for both heat and air conditioning plus an air exchanger for air quality. Large 58 inch tv for the wet Quebec days. Parking in the basement was convenient. All appliances are of good quality.
