We had a truly unacceptable experience with this hotel. We booked a room in the center of Quebec City to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We arrived at 13:30, parked our car, and were told to return at 4:00 pm for check-in. But when we came back, we were shocked to learn that our reserved room had been given away to someone else. Instead of honoring our booking, the hotel sent us to another property located 25 minutes outside the city center, at the same price. This completely ruined our plans and our special day. What made the situation even worse is that I filed a complaint directly with the hotel, and they never even bothered to respond. Ignoring guests after such a mistake shows a complete lack of respect and professionalism.This was supposed to be a memorable occasion, but instead it turned into a huge disappointment

Really helpful staff throughout all areas of the hotel. Excellent location just by the walls and one of the gates to the Old Town. Couldn't be nearer to the action but the hotel itself couldn't be quieter. Would definitely recommend.

“Not worth the money we paid at all”
1. We didn’t realize there was no parking. 2. They accidentally cancelled our room for our second night but they did work it out. 3. No air flow in the room. 4. On our reservation it said we had 18.99 breakfast but it was actually 24.99 and it took hours to sort out and looks like on our bill that we were still charged the 24.99.

“All ssid anive. Disappointing”
Room not ready at 3:15. Came vack still not ready 5:15pm. Supposed be king bed, gave us a queen. Worst of all toilet would not flush. Phone wasnt working so went down in person to report it. Conceirge brought up plunger still wouldnt flush. Had to use lobby washrooms until next day mid morning. Why they couldnt call a plumber ?!? We were yold maintenance guy eouldnt be in till morning, wow!
