Excellent room and location with everything you need. Check in was super easy. Great spot with lots of excellent places to eat and drink nearby. Keen to come back

We loved the location and the living details of the rooms. Check in was easy, there were plugs and extension chords aplenty. Even a night light was available. Just a very pleasant stay. Also the location right by the park was wonderful.

The room is wonderfully designed, comfortable and had all the amenities we could wish for! The location allowed us to reach any part of Quebec city on foot, and has some cool restaurants, brunch spots and cafes in the immediate vicinity. The recommendations for where to eat provided by the host were great and very much appreciated!

We had a clean and well looking appartment. The kitchen worked well and there was nothing we missed. The polite and fast answering host offered us many tasty fruits and was helpful even though we didn't meet him.

A wonderful place to stay. So much love for details. Amazing. The communication was easy and efficient. Everything you could need is provided. Parking in the area is a bit complicated. Be prepared to walk a bit.

The room and the furniture was super cozy and the rooms very well equipped (kitchen, bathroom and living room). The host was friendly (english and french) and gave us recommendations for restaurants and things nearby. Parking around the area is mostly free (at the weekend and during the night), but there is a private parking (10$ a night) as well. The old town and most of the touristic attractions are in walking distance.

The property is very well located, I really liked the room, it was cozy. I liked the reception, they were very attentive, they even accepted late check-out.

Loved the aesthetic and the host was extremely friendly! Would definitely stay here again. One of the comfiest beds I have ever slept on, Free street parking during the weekend was also nice.

The room was very quaint and well themed. Fresh fruit was in our room on arrival, and our host Xavier was very helpful and a great communicator. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was immaculately clean. There is a lovely porch to sit on, and a nice common room to relax in. Highly recommended!

The room is really nicely decorated and has way more than your typical hotel room. In the little kitchen area, you've got a fridge, micro-oven, oven, kettle, tea, coffee, and plates. The shower room is stocked with shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, earplugs, and towels. Plus, there's a handy small office space that you can separate with a curtain if you need to get some work done. A pleasant surprise was a plate of assorted fruits welcoming us. Xavier and Sofia are super friendly. Xavier was cool about changing our dates, and Sofia welcomed us and gave clear directions on how to get from the street to the parking space. Overall, a great experience!

Flat was very clean, and facilities were great. The room has aircon and a fan, and the bathroom is very spacious with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The location is fantastic for accessing both the old city and the real, the host is very kind, the shower the best ever, and parking was a super option!

This is a very pretty, very well-equipped, and comfortable studio, sparkling clean. I did not meet Xavier, but through the messages, his readiness was exemplary.
