Overview
Le Clos Saint-Louis is located in Old Quebec, within walking distance of Galerie D’Art du Chateau Frontenac. Free WiFi is offered. A private bathroom and cable TV are included in every air-conditioned guest room. Free toiletries and a hairdryer are also offered in the rooms. Please note that the rooms in this historic hotel are only accessible by stairs. The Quebec Museum of Civilization is 15 minute' walk from the Saint-Louis Clos. The VIA Rail train station is 10 minutes' drive away. Being a historic building, the hotel does not have an elevator. This establishment is managed by Gestion ANEYRO. Please note that we do not have an elevator, our rooms are accessible by stairs only. Combining simplicity and autonomy, our check-in is done completely digitally. With the exception of our housekeepers, we have no staff on site. A few days before your arrival, we will be in contact with you to share the access codes and all the details you will need for your stay. Our staff is available at all times to assist you during your stay. We can be reached by phone or SMS to answer all your questions.

The property itself was beautifully furnished and decorated. It was stunning. The facilities were high standard and the location was central.

“The place was lovely. The reception was meh.”
Customer service did not seem familiar with the property. It took approximately an hour for me to be able to park and get to my room. Part of that was because someone else parked in my space and I had to wait for that person to vacate.

“LESS than meets the eye”
I was freezing all night. No extra blankets provided in the room. Hydromassage bath was broken... Stunning decor, darkening shades and curtains were a game changer! Very comfortable bed and pillows. Toilet paper is thinner than a silk sheet used for wrapping gifts. We had to go out to buy a bottle opener for our hydromel even though wine glasses are provided… There was a miscommunication and the staff wasn’t aware we were checking in early. Someone walked in on us in our underwear! And she just stayed there and kept justifying herself instead of leaving. I know my man’s hot but get the f out esti.

The hotel has a lot of charm and is located in a fabulous location within easy walking distance of all the main attractions and many good restaurants. Although there is no one on active duty at the front desk, staff are very responsive whenever you make a request and are in regular touch with guests via text.

The location was wonderful,walking distance to everything! Such a quaint spot in the heart of old Quebec city. Very vibrant street. Rue Saint Louis is a great spot, such interesting shops and restaurants. We would stay here again!
