“Very good apartment- could be perfect with a proper 2nd bed and a new sofa”
Position excellent. Very well fitted out, loved the jigsaws - I personally liked the phone /key access. Staff may not be present but responded very helpfully when I couldn’t phone to arrange parking. Parking was wonderful.

The central location was great for exploring Quebec City old town. While central, there wasn’t any noise disturbance. The apartment was spacious, light and bright and the kitchen was well-equipped. The WiFi was reliable.

The suite we moved to was delightful. Plenty of room great size bathroom Close to vibrant street scene Staff absolutely wonderful in accommodating some trip variables Huge thanks to Candida. And who ever is on reception during the morning. I can’t believe how good they were in helping us out

“Amazing place to stay!”
The place was absolutely amazing. My family loved our room, it was really spacious and clean. We were on the top floor, so we had our own kitchen and a washing machine/ dryer. The hotel was also close to the places/site we wanted to see in the old town. There is also a park in front of the hotel so we were able to watch the sunset and city lights. If there's any con/disadvantages, I guess it would be that there are no staff onsite. Everything is done virtually/online. But, you can contact them 24/7 through text or calls if you need any assistance. I was able to keep in touch with staff through text if we needed anything and they always responded immediately. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

“Pleasant stay and in a good location”
Bathroom needs some TLC. Rubbish bin draw in the kitchen needs adjustment as it kept jamming up against the stove and the cupboard. Chairs would have been more comfortable than the poofs for sitting on. Stayed for 10 days but had to buy further coffee pods and toilet paper. Would have expected for the price for these items to be replenished.

The room was very clean and warm, with plenty of hot water. We had asked the hotel in advance to prepare a sofa bed, and everything was ready when we checked in, even allowing us to enter the room early.

“Location, location, location”
Perfect location to enjoy the best of Old Quebec. A charming street with every surrounding street full of authentic homes and buildings. Walking distance to absolutely everything. Fabulous restaurants all around. A historic park across the street. Very comfortable bed, nice hot shower, good kitchen facilities, good lighting.
