It was very clean ,very quiet, great location, great room.

Hotel was clean and staff was very communicative even though it was all online.

The location. Just far enough out of downtown but close enough to walk. Got to explore a different area that we usually don't visit. I will definitely stay here again. No staff on-site but easy to reach. Parking is limited but available for a price. Clean room, up-to-date amenities and comfy bed.

The location is very good. The hotel is close to Cartier Street with its cafés and restaurants, and it’s also within easy walking distance of the Old Quebec and the Plains of Abraham park, which is a beautiful area to stroll and relax.

“Very convenient location and comfortable surroundings”

Fun little property, well kept and lots of character. Just about a km from the main busy center, so was a nice walk home and the space was very quiet at night. Beds were super comfy and the space was great.

Nice room, overall nice hotel. Did the trick for a 3-night stay in Quebec City for work. Price was fair, but there are no amenities at the hotel.

While the room was clean upon arrival, there was no room service, until requested. Although friendly, the room service needed to be told exactly what to take care of. If you missed one item, say whiping the floors --it's winter, the floors wouldn't be taken care of. But I guess this is a minor oversight. Other than that, the room was clean, it was easy to get in touch with the staff and everything in in the room worked well. Also, a parking lot at the site was useful.

“If I need a hotel in the city again, I would go back”

Stayed at 2 separate occasions, had 2 different rooms. The rooms are beautiful, nicely furnished, everything that I could need for a short stay was there and the beds were very comfortable. I generally enjoyed staying in the rooms and I think the autonomous system to get in and out of the room/hotel is really clever and practical. It's location is perfect. The rue Cartier is amazing for tourists and at a walkable distance to the old city and the Carnaval and many other places you'ld want to visit. Also very accessible by public transport.

Lots of steep stairs and the unlock system and the entertainment system was hard to figure out. Instructions no clear

“Would stay again”

Location was great, right near the Plains and a little further of a walk to Old Quebec. We called about parking and the hotel parking was full but the staff recommended us paid parking just down the street which was very convenient. It's an old building and there is no staff at the front desk but that didn't bother us. Bed was comfortable and the self check-in was smooth.

“Comfortable and quiet stay for easy going travelers.”

I really liked the bed - it was very comfortable. There was also a portable air conditioner in the room that doubled as a fan, which I used at night for white noise. The room was clean and there were lots of hangers if you need to hang up dresses or coats. The location as well was good, close to lots of restaurants and the area was really quiet and felt very safe. I loved how close it was to the Plains of Abraham, which is a big and open park for runners, cyclists, walkers and just people who like sitting in parks.

“Perfect fit for a short stay”

A great little apartment for the two of us. Was small but had everything we needed and we weren't in it very much. Great location to walk to most things we needed. Would recommend

It was a very good location close to a lot of restaurants and within walking distance of the Chateau Frontenac.
