I would simply like to highlight the excellent service I received from RYAN at reception. I had an issue with my room due to a very strong chlorine smell that affected my respiratory condition. Despite the hotel being extremely busy at the time, Ryan handled everything efficiently and professionally while working alone at reception. He resolved my issue promptly, and I truly appreciated his help and kindness.

The room is spacious. Lamp on desk not working. When showering the water remains in tub, take a while for it to dissipate. Should reserve a floor for people that are staying for work and not on vacation. Noisy floor with children running in hallways until 10:30 at night. I hate to complain, but in all this hotel is fine.

Pool water not clean, hotel is showing its age and the food was on the small size for the price. Certainly not more than 2 or 3 stars.
