Clean and good location.

The room was not the same as it was shown (maybe a mismatch with other pictures). Breakfast and its quality were not good at all. There was no soap to wash hands!! (how come!) TV was too old, even you could not use your USB to watch your movie.

The room was clean when I arrived; however, there was no housekeeping or room refresh service provided during my entire six-night stay. The wardrobe door was damaged, and the hair dryer appeared to be partially melted in several places. Although it was functional, it looked worn and raised concerns about its condition. In addition, the main room door creaked loudly whenever it was opened or closed. On my first morning, I observed an intoxicated individual sitting on the stairs in the lobby area. No action appeared to be taken by the front desk staff regarding the situation. Additionally, I noticed an unfamiliar individual enter the lobby and check whether any nearby doors were unlocked, including what appeared to be doors leading to office or staff areas. This raised some concerns about security and monitoring of public areas within the property.

Room big and clean. Breakfast was good.

The property is centrally located, that's the only good thing.

Close to Videotron Centre. Staff was friendly. Rooms were large and clean.

Friendly staff.Front desk and housekeepers were excellent.

The day we were leaving it had snowed and they hadn't put salt in the parking lot I was with my four-month-old baby and I slipped, I went to reception to tell the lady that they should be more careful and her answer was it's not my fault

Nothing at all

The staff was friendly, we stayed for 1 night with 2 kids. We enjoyed that there was a pool, the pool was clean, I liked that there was a fridge in the room, parking all around the building, breakfast included which is just a basic breakfast but I really liked how there was a staff member monitoring the breakfast area and always replenishing fruits and muffins.

The building is old,the room is small but is acceptable.
