Excellent staff and the location is fantastic. This hotel perfected our trip. We brought our Boston Terrier with us. Absolutely no problem and there's a open plot across the street for potty time.

“Would happily stay there again”
Great room. Plenty of space Excellent breakfast on the first day. But different standards on the second day. Obviously different chef. Still good but not as good.

I loved the location in the heart of Old Quebec, it made exploring the area so easy. The staff were super nice and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, specially the lady who took care of our check in. Overall, it made our stay really pleasant.

“Comfortable hotel in the heart of Quebec”
The location is excellent, the staff are professional and friendly, the room was comfortable. The cruvinet in the lobby was a great addition, as well as the espresso machine near it.

The location for the Carnival is perfect. The self-serve wine bar was excellent. The staff was very kind and friendly. We always felt very welcome. My room was warm and inviting. It also had a great shower

“A very good place to stay..”
The Hotel is in a good location in the Old City, near to the Hotel de Ville. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room: a good size. Comfortable bed. Generally quiet. Good storage. Good Wifi. Pleased to have a desk. Good breakfast.
