“A fantastic little place to stay that is close to everything, and bus passes!”
Everything. The hosts were lovely. They had thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was simple (bagels and fruit) but lovely. They also left sparkling water and local beers in the fridge for our arrival. The accommodation is also part of the local tourist list, which means bus passes are provided.

The hosts were available and helpful. The room was very comfortable. Bagels and pastries available 24/24, also nespresso coffee and tea. They provided all the necessary bathroom accessories. Great attention to detail. Would definitely come back.

Gite du Quartier des Arts was clean, comfortable, and located close to tourist destinations. There was parking available and complimentary refreshments available. The hosts were lovely and responded to questions promptly.

Our room was so lovely. The kitchenette was very helpful and allows you to have a quiet night in if you choose. The bed is very comfortable and we had our own private bathroom. Access and communication with the hosts was very smooth and easy, they were very helpful. It’s a great location as well and our hosts provided us with public transport passes which was so lovely and helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Large yet cosy rooms, very welcoming host. Very thoughtful extras such as cake, drinks and chocolates. Great neighbourhoid and a quick bus trip into the old city, with free tickets provided. Able to park for free and host kindly allowed us to check in early. Recommend without hesitation.

“Beautifully appointed 2 BR unit in quiet yet accessible part of city, with very helpful owner.”
2 separate spacious bedrooms, beautifully furnished & decorated. Plus well appointed bath/shower and with double vanity sinks next to a separate WC. Nice toiletries and copious towels. Mounds of pillows. The two bedroom apt also has access to the entrance way kitchen with exclusive use of kettle, coffee maker, supplies for same, Fridge/freezer, microwave, ninja air frier/combo oven (but no stove top burners). Can even use washer/dryer before 9pm. Fruit, bagels etc on offer in entry kitchen to all apts, including 2 on higher floors Bilingual E/ F Owner very helpful & arranges city bus passes for longer stays. Quiet part of town with frequent Buses. Range of local restaurants on nearby Rue Cartier. Also an array of upscale food purveyors in a small food mall behind the restaurants. Open to 6pm, they offer a lot of prepared delicacies to take away.

Bagels, coffee and cream cheese and fruit - superbe! The hosts went out of their way to accommodate our arrival and we felt welcome and immediately comfortable. The little touches like local chocolates, fresh bagels, fruit and baked goods were a treat every morning. It is very quiet and a lovely neighbourhood to stroll through and is a lovely walk to the other neighbourhoods of Quebec.

“3 night stay in Quebec”
All of the facilities were lovely. As the apartment is on the most of the 1st floor, the (private) bathroom & toilet were down a small hallway. Slightly unusual but perfectly fine.
