they only provide soap, no shampoo, hair dryer can be borrowed from front desk. they assigned us wrong suite (but may because of some system error with BOOKING), and the the circuit breaker tripped at around 23:00-24:00 so we couldn't charge anything. the bathroom is simple, and some toilets were not clean.

Receptionist absolutely top teir, helped me track down my lost phone and when couldn't find it helped me with getting new phone set up, also had great recommendations on where to go and what to see in quebec
