Richard was welcoming and the appartement felt like home. Great location. 10 minutes from anywhere. A special touch was to leave us a prepaid parking card for downtown. Greatly appreciated!

This was a gem. The host was super kind and the space had everything we needed. He had a lighted unicorn in the driveway which was really cool. The location was also near the Super C and a couple of other shops. It is not far from Old Quebec City. Quebec City is not the most accessible place but since we had a car, it was not difficult to get to where we wanted. However, it is not difficult to book an Uber ride too.

The terrace space was lovely. It was well equipped. Very clean. Incredibly helpful and attentive host.

The apartment is very clean and tidy. Richard is a great host. It gets a little noisy in the sunroom because it’s facing the street but you can’t hear the traffic noise inside the bedroom. All bedding and towels were freshly washed and bright white. We loved the Cascades, Richard recommended the place and it’s well worth seeing. The Unicorn outside the apartment is quite a sight when it’s lit up after dark. Close to the old city, walking distance from a supermarket and a poutine place.

Lovely roomy apartment. Beautiful open/ closed front upper deck area to eat meals or relax. Fantastic new washing and clothes dryer machines. The host Richard was extremely helpful, even offered to drive us into the city when we were not keen to take our car in. Also easy to bus into the old town. A Super C (supermarket) just across the road which was great to buy any food supplies.

The accommodation is on the second storey of the house where a friendly owner lives. It is homely and beds are comfortable. A large washer and dryer are available, which is really helpful. Free car parking on site, and the owner is really great in lending us a carpark pass for parking in central Quebec City which is extremely useful.

The host was friendly and the place was clean, although all rooms were built on an attic.

We were a little unsure about booking this property but it easily exceeded our expectations. It is well furnished, clean and everything worked perfectly. It was ideally situated for the things that we wanted to do, there is an excellent supermarket which is a three minute walk away. Richard, the owner lives underneath the apartment and is available for any problems, otherwise he leaves you alone to enjoy your stay. The best thing is the huge illuminated unicorn on the balcony, you control the switch to light it up whenever you want.

Enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Richard is a very nice host. We were on a roundtrip on the east side of Canada and were amazed about the equipment, especially the washing machine and dryer.

We were with 3 children, it was an apartment with all conveniences, even for newborn baby.

Cozy and clean apartment that was easy to travel all around Quebec city from. The host was very welcoming and informative.
