“Good for a short stay in Quba”

Very friendly staff, nice clean room with very comfortable bed. Nice clean bathroom with hot shower. Free use of billiard tables, gym and pool. Breakfast was set menu with good quality ingredients. Nice restaurant (Luna) just a short walk away, although there was also a restaurant on the premises.

The hotel trains athletes so it's nice to see them training and have the opportunity to use their facilities. Staff is very helpful and only wants to help. Jamal was great helped us plan the trip and everything we asked for.

“Interesting Stay....”

Not easy to find amongst all the different buildings, slow check in process, couldn't use the pool without a swimming cap and the Sauna was the hottest I have ever experienced. Breakfast was good but room service was shocking, taking an hour to deliver a cold pizza after quoting 20 minutes.

We traveled all over Azerbaijan and decided to chill for the last two days in a quiet and peaceful place with some sports facilities and a spa. So we found this option, which looked quite good and was of good value for money. But it even exceeded our expectations and we stayed for one more day. The hotel is new and equipped with everything you need. The swimming pool and the gym are fantastic. We swam twice daily and used a sauna to warm our bones. The breakfast is continental and has good variety for the money we paid. Of course, there is room for improvement, for example, I still can't understand why in the majority of hotels they hide the coffee machines at the bar counter and offer you to buy a coffee made from it. To sum up, it was a great stay in a calm and relaxing place. I wish all the best to that place and to only increase the service!

“Price worthy!! Extra clean, spacious and welcoming hotel!”

Arena Sport Hotel (currently Olympic Grand Hotel) was more than expected, located in Quba, almost 30-40mnts drive from Shahdag, the hotel is new looking, very neat and clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, especially floor manager and receptionist (sorry dont remember names). A welcome fruit plate was impressive! With good facilities and decent breakfast, highly recommended for ones looking for a good, clean and spacious hotel with facilities in driving distance to Shahdag, with reasonable price, Arena os best option!

I had an exceptional experience I had during my stay at Arena hotel. We had warm welcome and efficiency of the staff. The check-in process was smooth, thank you for the upgrade to the Olympics building.the hotel is immaculate cleanliness, which is especially important to me. The room was not only spotless but also tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided were thoughtful and of high quality, making my stay comfortable and convenient. Thanks for the outstanding service provided by the staff members (Farid and the girls on the reception). Everyone I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping staff, was incredibly courteous and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met promptly and with a genuine smile. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience at the restaurant, the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable, prices is cheaperthan the restaurant outside. I look forward to returning in the future and will not hesitate to recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Nothing, the hotel was pathetic! I will not recommend it even to my enemies. The washrooms stunk like gutter. The air conditioner did not work at all. No one was there on the reception and only one person knew very little English. I had to scream and create a scene at the main reception. Then they shifted us to another hotel in the same vicinity.
