“Great location and beautiful rental property with parking”

Tanya is a very kind and professional person and made sure we were comfortable during our 2 weeks. The rental property was very clean and it had everything the 4 of us needed during our stay. Well equipped kitchen with induction stove top, microwave, oven, coffee machine and electric kettle. The beds were comfortable and had nice crisp cotton bedding. The outdoor area is beautiful, full of trees and flowers and very private. Tanya and Igor take great care of the well manicured property. We enjoyed sitting outside and even had dinner outside a few times. There's even secure parking for 2 cars on the property. The train station is just a 2 min walk away, and it was very easy to visit Venice which we did twice - less than 30 minutes by train. I must also mention that even though the house is close to the train station, not once did we hear any noise. Thank you once again Tanya and Igor for letting us stay at your beautiful property!

Great location, the house is just 5 min walk from the train station to Venezia. Igor and Tanya are great hosts, they were available for every question and request. Igor even gave us a tour and showed us the town.

“Everything is excellent”

This villa is the best we have ever stayed. It is maintained in extremely clean conditions, including those areas people don’t notice. All closets and drawers were very clean. The villa is very spacious with 2 dining tables. All furniture, utensils, cutlery, toiletry, towels, and bedding were all tidy and clean. Not to mention , the 3 toilets were well maintained. Also, the laundry room with the washing machine was good. You can enjoy in a beautiful garden with BBQ, pond, and dining tables and different flowers and fruit trees. Obviously, the host invested a lot in the maintenance. We could securely park 2 cars on the driveway with the gate locked. The hosts were all so nice and kind. We did have a wonderful stay. Strongly recommend to families!!

“Great & relaxed vacation in the Venice area.”

The hosts were super nice and friendly, helped with recommendations and information. The house is very well maintained and had everything we needed, the jacuzzi in the garden was great - we enjoyed it a lot with the kids. Also the grill with the outside sitting areas. We stayed 5 adults (in 3 separate rooms) and 2 children (in another room) and we had enough space to eat together, sit and relax together, take showers at the same time (there are 3 bathrooms!!) - it was a great stay. It is also a short drive from the airport.

Great house and perfect service to show the house and neighbourhood. Only 2 minute walk from the trainstation that brings you to Venice in 30 minutes. Had a great stay.

Good location, house was fine and clean. Host was really friendly and helpful. I forgot my watch charger there and got it back few days later 🙂

“Simply fabulous!”

Absolutely beautiful accommodation, spotlessly clean and comfortable. I've travelled staying and many B&B but this one ranks amongst the best! Tanya and husband couldn't be more helpful and even drove us around Quarto D'Altino to show us the supermarket and good restaurants. The railway station is a minute's walk away. Despite that, no noise, no traffic. Venice is 25 minutes away on the train. Location couldn't be better. In all an exceptional stay and our grateful thanks go to the lovely hosts. The home is simply spectacular.
