The front desk service is very friendly. The geographical environment is quiet. There is a supermarket 100 meters away. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset at night.

Amazing! Everything was excellent! Very nice Lady on reception. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, everything was prepared for us, towels, and sheets were clean and fresh.

We stayed at Residence Venice for a few nights while visiting Venice, and it was exactly what we needed. The hotel is a bit old, but it has everything you need. The rooms are spacious, and the modern air conditioning was a big plus during the warm days. The location is very convenient, just a short walk to the train station, with direct trains into Venice. It’s a great base if you want to explore the city but stay outside the busy tourist areas with your car. Don’t expect luxury, but if you’re looking for a simple, functional place to stay for a few nights, this is a solid choice. Basic, but comfortable.

Clean apartment , lots of space

I’ve stayed here more than once and always leave with a positive impression. The receptionists are very friendly and kind, always ready to help. The hotel has a great location, and parking is available right in front of the entrance — a big plus. The rooms are clean, cozy, and have all the essentials: towels, bottled water, soap, etc. Highly recommended!

We only stayed one night, but . . . . . . location is great (close to the airport), clean, comfortable, easy check in, parking lot.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The apartment should be renovated or cleaned more thoroughly.

It was the worst experience in my life really bad smell and no.one was responsible for the beds which I booked 1 double.bed 1 single.bed they put me.in 3 single.bed as I could not sleep the reception was so rude about it and screaming in phone i have recorded everything all.the evidence I will report to the police this scamers

“Great for a family overnight stop over”

The apartment was perfect for our family of 5 that flew into Marco Polo airport late at night and were heading to Slovenia the next day. The room was big and had all we needed for our 1 night stay

The staff is very very nice, helpful and accommodating. The property is easy to find and get to, the neighbourhood feels safe. Very quaint. There's a Conad store very close and a pastelaria right next to it where you can have coffee or breakfast. If you go towards the church there is a street of places to eat. The train station is also pretty close. The location is 10/10. The apartment was nice and clean exactly as in the photos.

Easy walk to the train station for getting into Venice. Supermarket just across the road. Spacious unit, recently updated. Good parking.

The apartment fullfell my expectations, and everything was provided . If you have rental car and want to go to Venice you can park just at jn train station for free and take a train its 10 minutes walk 2 mints drive. The supermarket is just 2 minutes away everything you can get amazing experiences. Will definitely recommend 👌

The apartment was nice and quite, clean and spacious. Staff was really welcoming and nice. So I can reccommend this apaartment)

I will recommend you this location if you have the possibilities of a car and you don’t want to have the hassle of Lidia. Definitely not high end but it does have all the amenities needed. Another recommendation is to take your own dishwasher tablets, your own paper towels,toilet paper and detergent if you want to use their appliances. Also, I would recommend you a very good pizza place is called Stop…pizza.
