The room was really nice and clean, everything like on the photos. The bads big and comfortable, nice for sleeping, although we were there only for a night. The host are taking nice care about the plants. In the morning nice cat some to wake us up. Also, you can make the complete darkness in the room for sleeping. There is also few nice restaurants with the good prices in surounding. And it is close to the highway, so really nice place on the way to rest the body and soul.

Clean room and property. It's in a quiet location. Safe location. Good bathroom. Friendly cat - it came into my room and stayed the night! I just needed a bed for the night passing through - it was perfect for me.

“Great facilities in excellent location.”
Excellent property, very clean facilities in convenient location. Trains in to Venice regularly and this continues in to evening. Staff communication was good via WhatsApp.

Convenient place for a stopover before flying out of Venice Airport. Very comfortable bed, well-equipped shared kitchen, and they’ve created a nice vibe.

“Great little b&b”
The property was beautiful and clean, wasn’t about a five minute walk to public transport. Easy to find, garden fabulous with a hot tub. Marcos was very helpful. Such a peaceful location

“Brilliant location and beautifully decorated”
The place was decorated really nice with plants and everything was so fresh and clean. We didn't stay long but the access to the centre of Venice was brilliant (5 minutes walk to the station). The check in process was well-communicated and easy to understand.

“Lovely stay”
Clean object. New furniture. Possibility of check in after midnight. Modern kitchen. Kitchen is shared with other apartment but since we were only staying overnight, that was not an issue.

“Highly recommend!”
I highly recommend this place! It was very clean and cozy☺️ The host provided us with all necessary information regarding check-in and parking. The apartment is located 5 minutes by foot from the train station, from which the journey to Venice st. Lucia takes 30 minutes. The apartment has a common kitchen for all guests but it was an interesting experience and I met nice people.
