Perfect, friendly place to stay in a lovely quiet area after a hectic day in Venice.

Beautiful, big, clean room. Very friendly staff helped with each our question and request. Very nice surroundings, especially if you are travelling with a dog. Good and tasty breakfast

Same i sayd before it’s ok the place if you plan go rest because it’s in the forest but not if you plan go visit Venezia because it’s 30km far we was lucky driving our car else was very dificil go visit places.

The place it’s ok if you plan go rest but not if you want go visit Venezia because it’s 30km distance from the city. The hotel it is in another small city Quarto D’altino not in Venezia so pay atencion when you book yes they have balcony and large room but that’s normal because it’s in the forest very far away from everything we was drive 30 min each day to get in the Venezia but we was lucky we was travel with car else was not easy at all go out from there.

A very good location, near Venice, with posibilities to arrive to the railway station, a wonderful and large garden, very nice organized, a silence as if you are out of town even if the town is nearby

We booked a large double room and it was super clean. As the staff said it was just renovated a month before we came and it was really comfortable. The room was modern and me and my husband had a great breakfast with a lot of variety. We were really happy about our stay.

We had a nice stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The territory is big and clean , and you can take a walk in the morning after a good breakfast. The room was nice and big, with a terrace and a big bathroom. Highly recommended.

Only 20min-30min walk from the train station, from where you can travel directly to the center of venice. Staff was very nice, especially the night/early morning shift.

Not first time in this place. Very friendly staff and a nice place to rest, short or long. Don't be fooled by the location! When you come to this place, you are guaranteed not to regret coming there! Excellent location for visiting Venice, Lido di Jesolo, Treviso...

Lovely hotel and great service. I was travelling alone and they made me feel very welcome and helped me with suitable restaurants and bike riding routes.
