Very cold room. Temperature is same as outside. Air conditioning do not work for hot air. Hot water in shower is not so hot as required for hot water. Thanks for reception personnel who provided me two air fan heaters because one heater is not enough to have normal air temperature in the room. The other conditions are perfect.

“No cooling or no ventilation”
No ventilation and no cooling so whole night I couldn’t slept. Called on reception 2-3 times and midnight around 1am two handyman came but couldn’t start cooling or ventilation. It was too hot and because of so much glass room was like a sona
