“It's a great stay for mid-range budget”

I've been going to Panorma for years, for short stays. And it's exactly what you expect and pay for. Beautiful view, clean, all basic amenities. Windows have mosquito nets, there's air-conditioning, as well as a fridge and cooking/eating facilities & utensils. Large balcony with seating. Hairdrier and mosquito-repelling plug-in devices. Pavllo, the owner/manager is a great man, always a pleasure to talk to. And so is his wife.

It was the best sea view ever! Hospitable staff, convenient room, excellent location, and beautiful surrounding area. There were two minimarkets right near the house as well as many cafes, and the beach was great.

A very pleasant stay! The view was stunning, and the apartment was spotlessly clean! Our hosts, a truly sweet couple celebrating more than 50 years together, made us feel right at home!

“Amazing views, relaxing atmosphere, incredible beach”

The view was absolutely stunning, sitting on the balcony looking at the crystal clear water was the best part of each day. Not so easy to find but we used Google maps and just walked down the ally way in the direction it was in and found it soon enough. The hosts, although no English (which isnt a negative, we don't speak Albanian) were very sweet and super helpful and responsive when I was asking about buses on the booking.com app. One thing to bear in mind is that the walk down to the beach is quite steep, my husband hurt his foot at our previous location so was limping but he managed it just fine. The kitchen was well equipped so we managed to cook our own meals, there is a mini mart on the top of the hill on the main road or one at the beach. The aircon was welcomed, and the room was a really good size. We were there in June for three nights and the beach was lovely, quiet and relaxing. Absolutely worlds away from the craziness of Sarande and Ksamil. If you are looking for somewhere to switch off and relax with a beautiful sea view then this is for you!

Really nice host! The view was amazing! The interior maybe a bit old and basic, but we had a wonderful stay! Price is good for what you get

The room has a small kitchen, that realy helpted, because breakfast wasn’t include. The view was stuning, but be prepared to walk a lot stairs up and down.

Our 3-night stay at Villa Panorma wa wonderful. Qeparo is a small town on the Albanian Riviera with a unique charm. Unlike other areas, the beaches are less crowded and quieter. The sea is beautiful, with calm, crystal-clear waters. Several cafes and restaurants along the promenade offer great spots for breakfast, lunch, or relaxing after a day at the beach. Our experience at Villa Panorama was excellent. Despite our arrival after midnight, the host was very accommodating with our late check-in request. The rooms are minimal but well-maintained and clean—everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The real highlight of the rooms is the panoramic view of the sea, which is less than 50 meters away. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves is priceless. I highly recommend Villa Panorama to everyone and would gladly return.
