What I loved most about this hotel was its perfect location. The private beach was just a two-minute walk away, accessible by a small staircase, and it was absolutely stunning. There was also a supermarket right next to the hotel, only one minute away on foot, which was very convenient. The views were simply breathtaking and truly paradise-like. We had a private jacuzzi/pool with an incredible sea view, making our stay even more special. In addition to the private pool, there was also a large shared swimming pool available for guests. The hotel restaurant was exceptional. The food was delicious, the cocktails were amazing, and every meal was a pleasure. Most importantly, the staff were wonderful—extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to help. They made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, making it perfect for a family vacation. The hotel is incredibly child-friendly, and our kids loved every minute of their stay. The pool area was fantastic – clean, relaxing, and ideal for both adults and children. The food exceeded our expectations, with plenty of delicious options and consistently high quality throughout our visit. One of the biggest advantages is the location: peaceful and scenic, yet conveniently close to several larger cities and attractions, making it easy to explore the area while enjoying a relaxing holiday atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a memorable stay in Albania!

“Amazing stay”

The view from the balcony was spectacular. The room had almost everything needed. The private plunge pool was amazing. The staff was very friendly and also the best breakfast we've ever had at any hotel hands down. The beach is just down the stairs and it was nice to be so close for a quick swim. The location was perfect for being in the middle of Himare and Borsh also close to some nice hidden beaches.

The property stands out for its exceptional beauty and peaceful location in Qeparo. We stayed in the deluxe apartment, which is the best option available, and it exceeded our expectations. The views are truly outstanding, offering a stunning panorama of Corfu and the Albanian Riviera. The private pool was a fantastic addition and made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is run by a wonderful family who made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. They went above and beyond by making my wife’s birthday truly special, arranging a lovely in-room breakfast along with a heartfelt birthday song. I would rate this place 10/10 and highly recommend it as a must-stay destination if you’re visiting the Albanian Riviera—especially if you prefer a quieter, more relaxing alternative to the crowded areas of Sarandë, Ksamil, or Himarë. Another major advantage is the private parking available within the hotel complex, since finding parking in the area during the busy season can be quite challenging. We are already looking forward to coming back.

Very lovely stuff! Season hasn’t started so the restaurants nearby were closed and it was pretty empty but in Summer this is a great place to stay!! Breakfast was really good and homemade Thanks for our stay

Great family driven place with nice rooms. The owners speak English and are very helpful. Food is simple but great, both breakfast and dinner. There's clean pool where you can swim or just chill and sun beds right next to it. The cleaning staff is also very friendly and do an amazing job at keeping everything clean. I think this place is the first time I've seen someone polish the ladder to a pool! The views over the water are amazing and it's just a 2 minute walk down the stairs to get to the beach. There was a power outage due to bad weather, but they managed it really well and there was still breakfast despite no power! Very impressive!

Good find passing by the area. Very nice staff trying their best to welcome you. Very reactive and accommodating. Our family room was clean and convenient, close to the little pool, refreshing and adding fun for our kids. A coastal walk was pleasant with drink and dine options. Although the view from the onsite hotel restaurant is as amazing ( great view from breakfast to sunset!). Generous buffet with local flavour and intention to please foreigners tastes. Much appreciated. Shared washing machine was handy. WiFi wasn’t working that day. WiFi wasn’t working the day we stayed unfortunately. Kind staff very apologetic.

We had a pleasant stay in Qeparo; our host was kind and available throughout our visit.

The property was nice and clean. We booked a family en-suite and two other en-suites. The staff were helpful, always smiling and ready to assist.

Very satisfied by the stay at Napolon Complex. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Clean rooms, and great facilities. The price is really good, compared to similar places. And you will enjoy traditional albanian breakfast, which is very good. There are some downhill steps to reach the beach, but thats not a problem. It just stops you from gaining weight, while on holidays. Would highly recommend it :)

“Beautiful and cozy seaside hotel”

We had a beautiful and relaxed stay in the family owned hotel Napolon Kompleks. The hotel stands out through it's Multi-Tiered terrace structure, connected through stairs, with lots of cozy nooks and crannies to sit and relax. The breakfast was very tasty, not too much but just right and was served to us every day at our table, where we could take in the magnificent view. In the hotel everyone was very friendly and accommodating and we felt right at home. we recommend the hotel to everyone who wants to experience a slice of Albania and doesn't only want to stay in the major tourist areas.
