“Wonderful stay in beautiful guest house with amazing terrace”

Lovely, spacious room with kitchenette and a french window leading straight onto a huge balcony with amazing views of the sea all the way to Corfu. Beautiful flowers all around. Such kind hosts, who welcomed us with a glass of wine, and brought us coffee in the mornings to enjoy on the terrace. Secure parking, and walkable distance from Qeparo beach. Short drive to Porto Palermo which is incredible too.

“Better than we expected”

The cleanest place I have ever stayed on vacation. It is many times more beautiful than it looks in the pictures. The place is very quiet and has the most beautiful view in Qeparo. It is worth every penny. I would come back again and I recommend it 10000%. It is a wonderful place. There is no option to post a video, to really see how beautiful and clean the place is, but I'm leaving some photos from the video.

Great experience! The place is spacious, very clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities. Located on a hill, it offers a stunning sea view from the veranda. The hosts are amazing—always responsive, happy to give local recommendations, and offering coffee, tea, and whatnot at any time. I would definitely recommend it!

“Friendly hosts, beautiful location”

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ionian View Guest House and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet coastal stay in Albania away from the crowds of Saranda and Ksamil. The hosts are so friendly, hospitable and responsive, offering us wine, raki and coffee each day and making sure we had everything we needed. The room is spotless and very comfortable and has a balcony with a fabulous view of the coast. Parking is available on site. It’s near some nice beaches and the tavern nearby is a great place for dinner. This place is perfect for a relaxing stay and my partner and I were very sad to leave.

Well everything was excellent.The room was quite bigger for 3 person,also balcony was very beautiful.From there you can enjoy the beach,mountain.Kristaq and his wife was very helpful and was there for everthing that you will need.Beautiful people with kind heart

I especially liked the location too. You’re nearby all of the beautiful bays (Porto Palermo, Llaman, Filikure bay, Himare, Borsh). The owners were extremely dedicated and polite trying all their best to make you feel at home. Not only am I glad we chose this place but I am also deeply grateful for their warm welcome

The hosts are super nice and welcoming. We had a great time in Qeparo also thanks to their kindness! The property is new, clean and supplied with everything necessary, plus a large terrace with a great view over the sea!

Hosts were fantastic and there was a real personal touch to the stay. Great location and good experience.

The family who owns it are very kind and helpful. They brought us coffee every morning and sometimes watermelon and wine. We felt very welcome!
