Great view. Positioned in midway uphill between the beach and shops. Good kitchenette. Very friendly owner. Clean, they changed sheets every 3 days. Nice pool. Owner helped us with hairdryer. Nice pool.

A brilliant stay with fantastic views and in a great location. We really enjoyed our time here and the local area. It is very close to the beach in Qeparo, there are multiple restaurants and bars but if you prefer there is also a market nearby.

This is an incredible place to stay. Idyllic location, brilliant amenities, the view, the beautiful pool and surrounding flora and fauna. Proximity to a convience store, ATM and bakery, plus lovely dining options or a speedy modern gyros takeaway grill The apartment has very efficient air-conditioning. Evrything was superbly clean. The most welcoming and wonderful host. I've travelled extensively, but this was a real gem and felt surprisingly homely. A shining 'star' of my trip this time. Admittedly I did not visit the beach as I favour remote bays and being on the sea. However, from the balcony the beach looked lovely. You can hear the sound of the sea clearly from the balcony or you have the option to close the modern shutters for a quieter blackout effect for a siesta or a lazy morning sleep in.

We spent a fantastic few days at this beautiful villa in Qeparo. The area is peaceful and perfect for total relaxation. The villa features a crystal-clear swimming pool with a stunning sea view that takes your breath away every morning and evening. Inside, everything was very clean and well-maintained — the furniture was comfortable and simple, yet practical, with everything we needed to feel at home. It’s the perfect accommodation for a getaway with family or friends. The price was very reasonable for what this villa offers – it honestly felt like staying at a private resort! And most importantly, the host was incredibly welcoming — always available, respectful, and kind. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for peace, cleanliness, and amazing sea views in southern Albania!

We go regularly to Qeparo and first time that we stayed at Ionian Bay Rooms. Very handy, 3 mins walk down the slope and you are in the promenade. A very convenient swimming pool to cool down after returning from the beach. I would strongly recommend this place especially for the families with children.

“Great location, great views, good value”

As a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, we had a 2 bedroom apt with 2 bathrooms. We had plenty of space, 2 balconies, great AC and some basic food prep facilities including a large fridge freezer in each room. The host is warm and welcoming, and offered lots of tips for the local area. The location is amazing, with beautiful views, and is just a short walk (down a very steep hill) to the main promenade and beach of Qeparo. We had rented a car and were able to find free street parking close by. The pool was warm, and we were often the only ones there which the kids loved

Pool area felt super cosy and the location was excellent! Close to the beach and not touristy at all (in a super good way!). The owner (don’t remember his name) helpt us find the best restaurant in town and he was in general extremely friendly!

Great location in the middle of town; it included a little kitchenette which was ideal as we stayed a few days, the balcony and the pool were a bonus too, lovely view of the bay and the host was very helpful and friendly.

This place was honestly superb. The man running it is kind and attentive and can’t do enough for you. He gave us great recommendations for places to see and eat, even going so far as to ring a local restaurant to check they were open. The views are breathtaking, the pool area clean and well appointed and the location is ideal if you like a quiet resort which allows easy access to the rest of the coast (with a car) and plenty of choice for dining and relaxing. Would stay again.
