Very sweet owner. She helped us out with everything and made amazing homemade breakfast.

Place was clean and the couple running the place are wonderful. Breakfast was exactly as I hoped it would be (Petula, delicious jam and cheese, and an egg). The balcony is what really makes this place great. Beautiful ocean view! If you rent all the rooms you could have a great stay with 4 to 8 people comfortably.

The hostess was incredible, she really took time to get to know us. Her hospitality was a highlight for me. We were there for one night in November and she took time to tell us all about the local history which I recommend! Very cosy and the breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit juice from her garden, fresh pressed olives from her trees. Please go visit!

We absolutely loved our 3 night stay at Belvedere Adriatic Apartments. The gorgeous, hospitable owners truly take pride in treating guests like family rather than just customers — their kindness and warmth made our stay unforgettable — we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully fresh. We also loved the homegrown produce for breakfast! The view from the balcony is to die for — the sparkling sea in front and majestic mountains behind create the perfect backdrop for a relaxing stay. The location is ideal, just a 10-minute walk to the beach, and a great base for exploring the beautiful surroundings of Qeparo and the Albanian Riviera. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay — peaceful, scenic, and full of charm. Truly a hidden gem that we would gladly return to! 🌿🌊🏔️

“Lovely guesthouse with a kind host in a beautiful setting overlooking the sea”

The guesthouse was in a perfect location in Qeparo, I can't recommend it enough. The owner is lovely and incredibly helpful, she booked a taxi for us when we needed to get to another town and made sure we had enough of everything. The view from the balcony is incredible looking out over the sea and you get a lovely sunset. The rooms were comfy and well equipped and breakfast was delicious and filling every morning with all fresh handmade ingredients. We really enjoyed eating at Te Rrapi in upper Qeparo and Riviera restaurant at the beach, where we rented kayaks. Can't recommend staying here enough.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Belvedere Adriatica! It is a very well maintained place recently renovated with very comfortable and spacious rooms. The breakfast is amazing and served on a balcony with an amazing view of the beach and surrounding hills. The hostess is very kind and friendly, and super accommodating of any requests. Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and had an amazing view from the terrace. Breakfasts were delicious, with fresh homemade products like vegetables, fruits, marmalade, olives, and local cheese. The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect – close to the beach and a shop. We felt very welcome and would happily return. Highly recommended!

It is a great location, very well situated in front of sea, just across the main road straight up to the hill. You would have an amazing sea view, green garden full of olive and lemon tree, with great quality of air and amazing aromas. It is a familiar managed, and you will get the full support of Sotire. Breakfast in the balcony enriched with bio food and full of oxygen is all to be enjoyed.

The rooms were very clean, comfortable beds, a big veranda with sea view and small kitchen adequately equipped. The breakfast was served in veranda from the owner and it was delicious. The hospitality of owners and their very helpful and friendly approach give the chance to better know the place and its history. The beach is beatiful, clean and you have the option to stay in peace and separate from the crowdy places. I would strongly recommend this place and we will come again for sure.

“A relaxed and restful stay on the Albanian coast”

The location is superb, up on the slope above the road and the beach. Parking is safe , behind a locked gate. Bedrooms are upstairs, they have large windows and glass doors with a large balcony overlooking the village. We had breakfast on the terrace(weather permitting) and our lovely host has prepared a fantastic and varied meal every morning with home made bread, juice and jams, fresh fruit from the garden. By far our best stay in Albania!
