Overview
Located in stunning natural surroundings, the El Resort offers quality accommodation 5 km from natural waterfalls. The complex includes a wellness centre, complete with indoor pool, sauna and gym facilities. All air-conditioned rooms are equipped with arm chair, bathroom, flat-screen TV, iPod docking station, minibar, hair dryer, phone, desk and DVD player. The El Resort has an onsite restaurant, the El Restaurant, where guests can enjoy both international and local cuisine. For light snacks and refreshing cocktails there is the El Cafe & Bar, right next to the Lounge Bar, where guests can take a relaxing break. Breakfast is included. The El Resort features several relaxing facilities for its guests, available at an extra fee. The property has an indoor pool, Turkish and steam bath, sauna and gym. Massages and use of a tennis court are also available. Guests can also enjoy indoor activities such as a Games Room with billiards and table tennis, Sony Playstation games, a cinema room, and a paintball court. A children’s playroom is also available. The property is a 43-minute drive to the lush Zagatala State Reserve. A 4-minute drive from the Kurmuk Temple, a pilgrimage spot for both Muslims and Christians. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt very well taken care of.

“Good”
The staff was excellent especially Martin and Fidan were very helpful and accommodating. All requests were fulfilled without hesitation. Food was good. Ambience was excellent. The property caters for both adults and kids as it has lot of options for entertainment and games for all age groups.

“Great New Year Days!”
Overall, a very good hotel in an excellent location. The breakfast is good enough, but could be improved. The restaurants and the food there are good and tasty. The personnel is friendly and helpful. We were also lucky with the fantastic snow)) and enjoyed our stay. Many Thanks to EL RESORT! We'll come back again!

“Stay with comfort”
Location is perfect if you have a car. You can get everything you need in hotel or drive to Qax town. Our room had a great view to mountains and perfect stars sky at night. room service is very good, as well as massage and baths we used I am grateful for Tale (manager) who was very proactive and helpful

Lovely hotel and staff. Everything was nice. Breakfast is offered with a wide variety of food. It was enjoyable. The room was clean with the essentials. Affordable price, excellent location. Breath-taking veiw from balcony. We enjoyed fresh air and a beautiful view.

“A hidden treasure in the Caucasus”
Wooooooooooooow. Really wow. Just amazing in every respect and every detail. This is the second time we visit this awesome hotel and the first to be in Winter time. My family and I were delightfully surprised by the snowy atmosphere during our stay this time celebrating the colorful and fascinating Novruz holiday here in the north-west of Azerbaijan. The presence of snow with hights snow height reaching one meter and above in some spots added another element of enjoyment to our stay. The fact that the hotel is built on a huge area of land comprising soccer, basketball and tennis fields and courts, a huge terrace, wonderful indoor swimming pool and SPA facilities (free of charge for hotel guests), bowling alley with four lanes, cinema, indoor sports such as billiard, table tennis, Foosball, etc makes you feel you don't want to leave the hotel for touring or other activities. We stayed two wonderful nights and plenty of action-filled vacation to the point all of us were literally crying when we had to leave on our third nights. We can stay a month or more here and never feel bored or wanting to leave; it's just a piece of heaven on mother earth. A word of thank is absolutely due to the wonderful and ever-smiling staff of the hotel without exception. Special thanks to the gentleman in the front desk, sorry I didn't remember his name as I wrote this review, but he is the one reception staff who speaks very good English. I had the pleasure to chat with him several times during our stay. Also I would like to thank him for offering me and my family free, wonderfully tasty sweats special for the Novruz. Last words, if you are in Qax and want to enjoy a wonderful stay, don't think of any other hotel in the area. Qax is also beautiful all year-round so no matter what season you visit, you will definitely enjoy. Happy Novruz holiday to my wonderful and stunningly beautiful Azeri wife and to all the wonderful people of friendly Azerbaijan. Yaşa Azərbaycan.
