The staff. Very friendly. And beautiful location. Great value for money

Location and staff were great. We arrived few hours early and they gave us the room. There was no kettle at the room asked for it and they provided immediately. Our room had a small balcony and view of the river. It was just amazing. Also hotel has a very well maintained and beautiful garden in front of it.

“Wonderful hotel with many amenities and garden”

We had an extremely pleasant experience at Bergs Otel, you will have a pool (closed in autumn and winter), nicely built and well kept garden, amazing view from the balcony and very fresh air around the mountains. Comfortable rooms, beds and healthy breakfast were all included in the price. For some, maybe room is small (20m^2), so check out the size of your room before booking. Staff, specifically Mayis at the reception was very kind, gentle and helpful young man. Appreciated his help for finding taxi service around the town. (*0222, Express Taxi)

“The price doesn’t reflect the quality of service, it should be much lower”

The only really good thing about this stay was the LOCATION. It is located in between mountains next to the river, very peaceful and good spot to stay. It is not so far from city center. The surrroundings of the hotel was very well maintained, clean and pleasant to walk.

I liked the facilities and overall layout of the hotel. However, some little hygiene required for breakfast restaurant.

The only thing I liked was the view of the hotel.

The best location of the Qakh close the river, and with best view. The breakfast is basic( tea, butter, cheese, cream and omlett) but I ordered extra omlett with tomato. It was delicious. The stuff very kind and helpful. Qakh people are hospitality.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was really comfortable with a massive balcony overlooking the gardens. Breakfast was delicious.

“Feel and Enjoy the Nature at Bergs Hotel”

Located in a very scenic place. Surrounded by mountains. Very close to River. Amazing view of the mountain and river. Ilisu Waterfalls a short driving distance. In the morning stepped out from the hotel and explore the nearby natural beauty by walk. One staff (his name probably Farid) speak bit english and we communicated with him for our various requirement.

“Unwind in the most picturesque location”

Location is great, Ilisu is such a picturesque place between mountains, you just want to sit and unwind there. Five of us (3 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed in a cottage, it is a bit small but since we spent most time outdoor, it was absolutely ok. They serve basic breakfast on the terrace, our waiter Sabuhi was great, always there to assist.

“Overall, it was a great stay”

The hotel is at a wonderful location and we stayed for 4 hours just at the hotel and enjoyed the scenery.
