“A hotel either past it’s prime or on the up, but currently in need of attention and more staff”
The hotel has a nice style of building, good location near lake Qarun and good pool. The outdoor areas and roof terrace looked like they could have been great (but felt totally neglected). Khalid on reception and Salah in the restaurant were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel arranged a desert day trip for us at a reasonable cost and with less than 24 hours notice and sent us off with a packed breakfast.

The design of the accomodation was lovely with curved roofs and tasteful decor. The pool was lovely. We had breakfast and dinner which both offered excellent local cuisine.

Egyptian style breakfast on terrace. We got one room upgraded to a luxurious spacious suite. There is a nice swimmingpool. The managment is helpful to organize trips.

Nice hotel , very friendly staff they helped us to organise safari trip and karon lake boat trip. Breakfast was also nice. The room is cozy , clean, and Furniture is new.
