The property is quite new. The beds are big and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice. Great towels.

“An excellent hotel wiht great facilities in central Karshi with warm and very friendly staff”
Excellent hotel with very warm, friendly and welcoming staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms (we booked three rooms for a business visit). Don't know why it's rated as a 2-star hotel in Google Maps since it felt more like a 4-star hotel with its own swimming pool, sauna and a gym as well as a nice restaurant. Breakfast was good, and we had two dinners with nice food.

“Fabulous, very comfortable bed.”
We stopped here for the night to break our journey. It's more of a business hotel than a tourist hotel. We booked a King Suite, which was a large, well-appointed room. The bed was sumptuous, so comfortable.... with good bed linen. The only negative was that WiFi in the bedroom was poor..... Breakfast had a good selection with fresh fruit, and you can have eggs cooked to order. They also have a coffee machine with reasonably good coffee. Staff were all very pleasant. However, a special mention of thanks to Hasan on reception. He was excellent. He took time to explain many things to us and recommended a very good local restaurant and also helped arrange a taxi for our onwards journey.

This is the best hotel in Qarshi. Staff is awesome and hotel is very comfortable. I totally recommend Sultan hotel if you stay in Qarshi.

“Great and hospitable staff but too expensive for the quality.”
The staff was very good and attentive! There was a nice swimming pool of a decent size and generally the area is nice and it has all the comfort you need. The gym is well equipped and works 24 hours.

“Business good hotel in Karshi”
This hotel has very nice and clean rooms with confortable beds and modern bathroom. It looks like a business hotel. Pool is very nice, although the water is cold during fall. Breakfast is basic. Staff is very nice and polied, willing to help if necessary.

“Great place to stay ..... but first get staff to bypass the bathroom light sensor - very annoying.”
