Very friendly staff who helped me with my heavy luggage. The room was spacious, clean and with all facilities one may need whilst travelling and the breakfast was scrumptious too.

3 star type hotel. Very nice. Large room. Fairly long walk to centre but not too far. Breakfast choices quite wide but no fresh bread.

I chose this hotel because of its location, within walking distance of some monuments of Qarshi. And I didn't regret it. I was very impressed with the room and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Our driver from Termez pulled over and called the hotel to ask for directions. I don't know if he had any problems finding it as the hotel is on a main street. After a while a car sent by the hotel stopped by, said something to our driver and we followed it to the hotel. I was amazed with such a service offered to us. They welcomed us speaking very good English. We asked about a restaurant that would have vegan options. As Qarshi is an area famous for its meat, this was kind of a problem. The staff called for a pizza delivery but they didn't make it without cheese. Then Shahzot, the admin, who went the extra mile to help us, was very inventive and asked the Indian cook of the restaurant to prepare a vegan meal for us. We felt so relieved we would have dinner that night. They didn't accept any money. The following day we had a delicious breakfast with fried eggplants with tomatoes on top, fried cauliflower and Indian dosa. The buffet seemed very appetizing and varied. As far as the room goes we liked the wallpaper and the bathroom tiles. The beds were comfortable. There is a fridge in the room. Wi-fi was strong on the first floor. There are very comfortable huge chairs at the reception where you can take a nap if you wait for an afternoon train. We spent a couple of hours in the nicely decorated room on the first floor where there is a big table if you need to do some work. Zahzot was kind enough not only to offer us a free ride to the train station (he brought a boy along to help us with our bags) but also to help us get train tickets. We are very happy we chose this hotel.

“Lovely hotel in Karshi”

It's a lovely hotel, good location, richly decorated, comfortable and clean rooms, good wifi. The staff was extremely hospitable and friendly, they could not have been any more welcoming. I would be happy to return.

It was very clean and convenient. Also the staff helpful and nice, namely mr. Admin Shakhbos. The breakfest was outstanding. All and all, very pleasant experience!

The staff go above and beyond. We were travelling by motorcycles and that week was very hot, so each day we'd like to start riding at sunrise. I told the reception we don't need the breakfast as we'll be gone well before 7am but they insisted on some kitchen staff arriving at 6am and making us breakfast. They were also helpful in every other way. The hotel itself is modern, clean, good air-conditioning and everything works as it should. Highly recommend.
