The villa is located in a superb location, has generous spaces, the conditions offered are very good and consistent with the presentation on Booking. However, the facilities can be improved, which would bring a plus (for example, air conditioning in the living room and the room next to the kitchen, maybe even completing the construction of the swimming pool, ...). Danai is receptive to the wishes of tourists and eager to help. Note that a car is necessary. Thank you, Danai, it was a very nice vacation.

Beautiful location with astonishing view on the sea with Mont Athos on the background, breathtaking and really very relaxing... Small pebble beach very close (10 minutes on foot - steep descend) with great sea, snorkkle friendly. House is very big, with plenty of open / empty spaces. Terrace is great and they are preparing for the swimming pool to get in order. You will really relax in this villa !

We were a group of friends and stayed for a week at the villa. The bedrooms were spacious, air conditioned with comfortable beds and wardrobes. There were three bathrooms, two of which were very big and luxurious. The third one was smaller and located on the ground floor, however all were comfortable for us. The kitchen was fully equipped. The living room was enormous - it was a shame we couldn't take advantage as it "didn't stand up to the competition" on the terrace which had a stunning view of a lovely bay and the green hills to the north east where we spent more of the time. Very good communication with the hosts. Danai responded immediately to any question and was always helpful.

The place is amazing! The rooms are big and comfortable with lovely view. The outdoor was stunning with view to the sea. There is a privet beach 10 min walk from the house. The house is organized with everything we needed. It was lovely for 3 couples. The host installed wifi before our stay!
