Excellent location, in a little side street just off the busy central square in Pylos. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. The air-conditioned apartment has been stylishly modernised and the bed is big and comfortable.

Exceptional property 10/10 rating We were upgraded to the larger sized room which was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and SO CLEAN!! Extra towels, blankets everything was available and walking distance to the main town shops, restaurants and gelato. Bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable the BEST in Greece we would stay here if travelling through again. THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL STAY WE WISH ALL VILLAS WERE AS HIGH STANDARD AS THIS ONE !!

The room and bathroom liked so nice and the bed was really comfortable. The location was nice as well. Parking was 100 m for free in the harbour.

The location was perfect and the accommodation was exactly as pictured. The room and facilities were very clean and it was great to even have a mini-fridge that we weren't expecting. Brilliant stay.

I had a bad experience with the staff which I only met through messages. I was in the area for work and demanded an invoice for my stay. The staff was very polite and reassuring, however they never sent the invoice, even though I asked politely many times. This disabled me from being reimbursed for the accommodation costs from my work.

“Don't choose the ground floor”

Disclaimer: This review is for Room 3, which is on the ground floor. I'm sure the experience would be much different in Room 1 or 2. The property is clean, nicely renovated, with a comfortable bed, and it's conveniently located in the center of Pylos. However, despite these positives and the appealing photos on Booking, my stay was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The first issue I noticed upon entering was a strong smell of mold, which made the room feel damp and unwelcoming. Additionally, the listing was quite misleading. The room had only a very small window, which let in hardly any natural light. Worse, people on the street could clearly see inside, making it feel uncomfortable and lacking in privacy. These important details were strategically left out of the photos, which I found deceptive. Beyond that, the biggest issue was the complete lack of soundproofing. Every morning, I was woken up by footsteps from the floor above or by noise from people talking on the street. It often felt like the conversations were happening right inside the room, making it difficult to rest properly. The worst part, however, was the owner's complete lack of response. I reached out early on to inform them of these issues, but they never replied. This level of disregard for guests' concerns is unacceptable and left a very negative impression. If the property improved its air quality, sound insulation, provided accurate listing photos, and, most importantly, communicated with guests, it could be a much better experience.
